WHAT IS A SAMPLE GOWN?

Sample gowns are designer dresses that have been gently tried on by brides at our sister stores — LBR Bridal in Chicago and House of Luxe Bridal in Miami — or come directly from designer overstock collections.

Each gown is available off the rack, meaning when you find the one, you get to take it home that same day! It’s an amazing way to say “yes” to a designer gown at a fraction of the original price — perfect for brides on a tighter timeline, shopping sustainably, or just looking for a great deal on a luxe designer dress.

WHAT DOES BUYING A SAMPLE GOWN MEAN?

When you purchase a sample gown, you’re buying the exact dress you try on during your appointment. Prices are set based on each gown’s condition and designer.

Since all gowns are sold as-is, you’ll be responsible for any cleaning, repairs, or alterations needed to make your dress fit flawlessly. All sample gowns are first come, first served and must be taken home the same day.

IS A SAMPLE APPOINTMENT RIGHT FOR ME?

You are the perfect Luxe Bridal Rack bride if:

• Your wedding is 2–5 months away
• Your budget is under $3,000
• Your average bridal size 8-10 (street size 6-10)
• You’re ready to find your dress
• You’re open to wearing a gown that isn’t brand new

We kindly ask that you do not book a sample appointment if you’re “just browsing” or “starting to look.” Our gowns are designer samples that will be loved by real brides, and we aim to keep each gown in beautiful condition.
